Julie Browning Bova Julie, founder of Julie Bova Interior Design in Indianapolis, Indiana, has twenty plus years as a respected interior design professional. Her early career experience, attained with her father's prestigious architectural firm, today benefis her clients from Michigan to Florida. Lynette Jennings Lynette is known in 37 countries for her 18 year series on The Discovery Channel, Lynette Jennings Design, in which Lynette taught architecture, design and an appreciation of the fine arts to over 80 million households twice daily; and as well, her regular appearances on “The Today Show”, “Regis and Kathy Lee”, “Good Morning America” and “CBC Newsworld” Canada.
  Lynette began her arts curriculum early in high school, majoring in fine art and music at Sacred Heart Academy, Springfield, Illinois. Receiving a full scholarship, she studied performing arts at Fontbonne College, DePaul University and then on to the University of Michigan where she transferred into Architecture and anthropology. At the age of 24 Jennings started her architectural firm and with her partner, grew a two man office to a staff of 23 under the name of Marketecture. It was from the international success of her firm that she was invited to participate in the media. A weekly live radio show, the editorship of a national magazine, regular newspaper columns, videos and web streaming, gave Jennings the opportunity to teach the North American mass market about architecture, design and art.
Robin Davis  Robin Davis is a Canadian artist that started her career in retail store development and marketing director in the Gift and Craft industry. After the arrival of her son in 2000, she decided it was time to pursue her dream of licensing her artwork and embrace quality time with her family. Since then, Robin has launched a very successful career licensing her work in the Gift, Home Decor, and Stationary industry. With her unique "earthy" style and combination of watercolors, inks, pastels, and papers, she continues to create collections inspired by her family, friends, and nature.

Julie Good Kruger  Julie has recived many international awards in over 35 years of sculpting and designing. She is best known for her sculptures of children, but she is alo a portrait sculptor and a painter. Julie loves textiles, spins and weaves, and is skilled in many types of needlework. Julie was born and raised in Wisconsin, and attended college in Minnesota and in England. Her education includes a BA in Classics, a Masters of Divinity, and she has attended the Pennsylvania College of Art and Design as a Fine Arts major. Julie and her husband live and work in an historic woolen mill in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania, where beautiful countryside is a daily inspoiration. She also operates Inglenook Tile Design, Inc. which creates historic reproduction thin bricks. Comnpanies Julie has done work for include Ashton-Drake Galleries, Danbury Mint, Silvestri, The Boyds Collection, Disney, QVC and HSN, among others.
Joanne Olds    
President  Joanne is an accomplished licensing professional with twenty years of experience in diverse retail product environments. She places an emphasis on building brands through licensing, marketing and product development. Joanne's experience includes retail buying (responsible for $100 million in annual purchasing), manufacturing (VP of $70 million dollar company) and licensing ($350+ million in retail sales last year). She is a seasoned licensing executive who has built a career and reputation based on initiative, strategic thinking, strong leadership and results oriented brand management. Before founding The Buffalo Works in 2000, Joanne worked in all aspects of brand marketing and licensing with NordicTrack, Musicland, Anagram, and Minnetonka Brands.

Pam Goldwasser    
  Pam Goldwasser graduated University of Cincinnati ,DAAP, with a degree in Graphic Design. Pam began her career in Cincinnati ,as an Art Director and Creative Director for
Futuro,Inc and Clopay Corporation.
Pam relocated to Los Angeles as Senior Package designer at Mattel, on the Barbie Brand.
Pam spent the following 18 years with Kittrich Corporation, a privately held, entrepreneurial company, in the housewares, home furnishings and stationery businesses.
Pam traveled extensively ,worldwide,as she was in charge of marketing, product development, creative direction, and licensing throughout her time with Kittrich.
For the last 7 years, Pam was VP of Licensing, working with such diverse brands as Hello Kitty, Pfaltzgraff, Barbie, M & Ms and Corelle.
Pam has a passion for creating and developing product.
She is a member of Color Marketing Group and Woman in Toys.

Tia Black    
Sales & Licensing Dir  Tia began her carrier by working in sales for 15 years. First as a Sales associate and Major Account Manger for a telecommunications hardware provider and then as licensed Real Estate professional before moving to the non profit world where she chaired numerous fundraising efforts. She was the event chair for three years benefitting the Minnetonka Public Schools Foundation where she also sat on the Board of Directors. Tia has mentored many facets of a young organization and has found much joy in watching them grow. She has enjoyed volunteer work in the Tonka Career Center, Booster Store, and was Senior Party event chair to name a few.
